Initial situation:

SITS is a family-owned company with Swedish roots specializing in furniture production, which has rapidly expanded internationally, thus becoming a company with thousands of employees covering several countries in Europe and around the world. In Poland alone, the factory extends on more than 34,000 square meters and produces more than 1,000,000 furniture items annually. However, many of the factory processes were predominantly based on manual activities.

This type of working system  has brought many problematic situations, mistakes and delays in order delivery, high operational costs and staff fluctuations.

In order to optimize the company’s activity, the integration of a modern warehouse management system has become essential. Following this, it became necessary to change all old mobile equipment that could not be integrated with the new software.
